Refunds
Non-Arrival or Damaged Products
If your product doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, we will either offer a full refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange to send you the correct product as soon as possible.
Final Sale and Order Processing
All Purchases Are Final
Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing and production. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been processed.
Processing Time
Orders typically require 5-7 business days for processing, plus the shipping time.
Shipping Time
Orders shipped within the United States and Canada typically arrive in 15-35 business days depending on the shipping method selected.
Exchanges
Exchanges for Mistakes on Our End
If the error is on our part (e.g., wrong product, damaged goods), we will gladly provide an exchange at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges for Customer Errors
If you need to exchange an item due to a mistake on your end (e.g., incorrect size), a $25 USD processing fee will apply. The item must be new, unworn, and in its original condition.
